Annette Horton, 62, of Rosevine, Texas passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021 at her home.

She was born on July 8, 1958 in Brookeland, Texas to Lige Horton and Odell Conn Horton.  She worked as a certified nurses aid in the home health field.

Annette was a lifetime resident of Sabine County and a member of the Pentecostal faith.  She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She also enjoyed working in her garden and decorating her home.

She is survived by her son, Joe Allen Cansler, Jr. and wife, Amanda, of Bellview, Texas; daughter, Krystal Gilley of Many, Louisiana; brother, Alva Ray "Tinker" Horton and wife, Jean, of Milam; grandchildren, Jarett Cansler, Brianna Cansler, Blake Cansler, Eli Booker, Levi Booker, Breeze Booker and Kaylee Pearson; and two great grandchildren.

Graveside services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 7, 2021 in Brookeland Cemetery under the direction of Starr Funeral Home with Bro. Floyd Wright officiating.

Serving as pallbearers are Billy Dickerson, Josh Elliott, Colby Pearson, Eli Booker, Levi Booker and Joe Cansler, Jr.
