Archie Wright Walls, Jr. 91, of Pineland, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Legacies Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Archie was born on October 30, 1931 in Blum, Texas to Archie Walls, Sr. and Estell Ward Walls. He served in the United States Army from 1954 until 1956. He went on to become a Heavy Equipment Operator. Archie enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his wife, Caroline Walls of Pineland, Texas; two daughters and one step-daughter, Tammy Mitchell and husband Robert of Bronson, Texas; Step-sons, Terry Ray and wife, Teri of Nacogdoches, Texas, and Todd Ray and wife, Jill of Center, Texas; one sister; and special friends, Mark Polk, Greg Burch, Gee Hendrix, Rual Chevez and Randy Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Anthony Walls; two brothers and one sister.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 5, 2022 at Starr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Ebarb officiating.
