Bert Ray Havens, 73, of Milam, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at his residence.

Bert was born on June 5, 1948 in Houston, Texas to Bert Havens and Ruby Louise Scott Havens. He was a member of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Dover of Milam, Texas; sons, Bert Lee Havens of Lumberton, Michael Havens of Lumberton, James Harrison of Milam and Joseph Harrison of Lumberton; daughers, Justine Havens of Vidor, Cheryl Havens of Burkville, Stephanie Bevil of Lumberton, and Stacey Harrison of Lumberton; brother, Carl Havens of West Virginia; numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home of Hemphill, Texas.
