Bertha Mae Gibson, 99, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Sabine County Hospital in Hemphill.

Bertha was born August 20, 1920 in Houston, Texas to Carl F. Fink and Julia Lemke Fink.  She was a loving wife and mother.

Bertha is survived by her daughter, Terry Dutton and husband, Lee, of Hemphill; grandson, Kevin Dutton and wife, Andie, of Hemphill; great granddaughters, Alexa Beddingfield and husband, Jacob, of Tyler and Ashley Dutton, also of Tyler; and great great granddaughter, Ava Leigh Beddingfield of Tyler.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Julia Fink; husbands, James Woodrow Chadwick and Gus C. Gibson; grandson, Chad Dutton; brother, Carl F. Fink, Jr.; sister, Dorothy Gorton; niece, Dolores Edson; nephew, Arthur Gorton; and great niece, Catherine Dyes.

Cremation arrangements are being handled by Starr Funeral Home of Hemphill, Texas.
