Billie Ruth Troutt, 90, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Friday, April 9, 2021 in Hemphill Care Center.

Billie was born September 7, 1930 in Mead, Oklahoma to Almond Daniel and Myrtle Baggett Daniel.  She was a loving housewife and mother.  She enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family.  She particularly loved talking on the phone.

She is survived by her daughters, Donna Dailey of Hemphill and Cathy Roeser of Texarkana, Texas; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill.
