Breanna Bailey Kilgore, 19, of Pineland, Texas passed away Friday, April 9, 2021 in Sabine County near Pineland.

Breanna was born February 7, 2002 in Jasper, Texas to her mother, Trista Kilgore and the whole Kilgore family.

Bre was a 2020 Graduate of West Sabine ISD where she had attended school since she was a little girl.  She was a member of the Tiger softball team and basketball team all four years of high school and she was also a member of the West Sabine student council, a cheerleader manager, and participated in track and field.

Bre worked with children at Hemphill Scholars Day Care and was a member of East Mayfield Missionary Baptist Church. She was a sweet, beautiful young lady and a well loved member of her community.  She loved to paint and was always making things for her grandmother and others.

Breanna is survived by her mother, Trista Forney and husband, Early, of Nacogdoches; her grandmothers, Brenda Kilgore of Pineland and Opal McKind of Nacogdoches; her grandfather, Huey Bailey of Pineland; her brother, Cody Forney of Nacogdoches; her uncle, Jeff Kilgore and wife, Sandra, of Pineland; her boyfriend, T. J. Johns of Hemphill; and so many friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Murry Kilgore.

A visitation of family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 12, 2021 at Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr Street, Hemphill, Texas.

Funeral services for Breanna will begin at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at West Sabine High School Gymnasium in Pineland, Texas under the direction of Starr Funeral Home with Bro. Gene Lee and Bro. Floyd Wright officiating.

Burial will follow services in Macune Cemetery, 376 FM 705 in San Augustine County with Michael Dee McClelland, Hunter Cabral, Raul Chavez, Josh Alvarado, and Peyton Maddox serving as pallbearers.
