Charles Henry Craddock. 90, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at Mount Mariah in Hemphill.

Charlie was born in Urbana, Texas on December 9, 1930 to Edward Otis Craddock and Lela DuBose Craddock.  He was a United States Army Veteran and a long time resident of Pine Park Community.  He was a member of Pine Park United Pentecostal Church and he had own and operated his barber shop for many years.  He was also a member of Pipeliners Local 798.

Charlie's main interest was his music.  He played steel guitar with his friends and in many bands.  He most enjoyed sharing his music with his family and church.

Charlie is survived by his wife of 61 years, Beatrice Craddock; son, Charles Darren Craddock of Hemphill; daughters, Cassie Renee Bean and husband, Eric, of Orange and Cheryl Denise Kelley and husband, Robby, of Anchorage, Alaska; grandchildren, Sharla, Alyssa, Kelsey, and Gabriel; and great grandchildren, Sage, Cirilla, Chance and Copper.

A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Pine Park United Pentecostal Church.

Charlie's family's request is that in lieu of flowers, instead please make donations be made to the Pine Park Youth Life Center, 4701 Hwy 184, Hemphill, Texas 75948 .

Cremation arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home.
