Cindy Ann Perkins, 63, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020 in Hemphill.

Cindy was born in Port Arthur, Texas on January 19, 1957 to Orlan Foshee and Raye Walker. She was a loving mother, housewife and caregiver.

She is survived by her mother, Raye Foshee of Jasper, Texas; husband, Charles E. "Peewee" Perkins, Jr. of Hemphill; daughters, Sandy Morgan and husband, Shawn of Midland, Texas, Brittany Perkins and wife, Gloria of Nederland, and Hailey Perkins of Nederland; sister, Karen Carrier of Houston, Texas; niece, Crystal Carrier and nephew, Michael Carrier; grandchildren, Destiny Brunette and husband, Jared, and Jaelin Beihlee.

She was preceded in death by, her father, Orlan Foshee; and her son, Joseph Clark.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr Street Hemphill, Texas.

Graveside service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in Fairmount Cemetery under the direction of Starr Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Logan officiating.
