Claude William Antilley, aged 67, passed away on September 16, 2026, in Houston, Texas. Born on August 4, 1959, in Jasper, Texas, to William E. Antilley and Ruby Augusta Wood Antilley, Claude was a lifelong resident of Sabine County. He ran his own landscaping business in Sabine County for several years.

Claude was an avid hunter, a passion that resonated through his life and stories.

Claude is survived by his wife, Patricia Antilley of Hemphill; sons, William Antilley and wife, Haley, of Diboll, and Cody Antilley of Pineland; daughters, Mary Bartlett and husband, Charley, of Center, Claudia Freeman of Hemphill, Naomi Arnold and husband, Daniel, of Hemphill, and April Nicole of Hemphill. He was also a grandfather to Brandon Newman, Nathan Newman, Christopher Bartlett, Marijane Bartlett, Addy Bartlett, Storm Antilley, and Addalyn Arnold.

Cremation arrangements are being handled by Starr Funeral Home of Hemphill.
