Donald Gary Powell, 60, of Milam, Texas passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020 at his residence in Milam, Texas.

He was born April 1, 1960 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Dee Walker Powell and Jacqueline Ann Hebert.

Donald worked as a communications specialist installing radios and computers for NASA for many years. He enjoyed riding his four wheeler, hunting, fishing and going mudding in his jeep. The last couple of years Donald worked for Talon Lures building fishing lures.

He is survived by his father, Dee Powell of Milam, Texas; and wife, Mary Beth Warner of Milam, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jacqueline Powell and his twin brother, Ronny Powell.

Cremation was arranged by Starr Funeral Home, Hemphill, Texas.

A visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Starr Funeral Home Chapel with a memorial services to follow at 1:00 p.m with Chaplin Tim Roberts.
