Elaine Franklin Giddens, 81, of Toano, Virginia passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022 in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Elaine was born on February 2, 1941 in Pineland, Texas to parents, Willie Watson Franklin and Viola Parnell Franklin. Elaine worked as a Real Estate Agent for First Choice Reality for many years. She enjoyed researching Genealogy, knitting and crocheting.

She is survived by her daughters, Cathy Koon and husband, Gregory of Toano, Virginia, and Tammie Anthony and husband, Mark of Quinlan, Texas; one brother, Jerry and one sister, Betty; grandchildren, Katie Werning, Alexandra Koon and Reece Koon; great grandchildren, Knox Werning and Kohen Werning; numerous sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Willie Watson Franklin and Voila Parnell Franklin; and her husband and high school sweetheart, Louie Giddens.

Graveside services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Pineland Cemetery in Pineland, Texas with Bro. Floyd Wright officiating. Her family will serve as pallbearers.
