James Theo Wright, 63, of Bronson, Texas passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at St. Luke's Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas.

James was born October 17, 1960 in Dallas, Texas to Theo Wright and Ann Horton Wright.  He was a graduate of West Sabine High School and had worked as a CNA in the medical field.  He enjoyed life to the fullest and loved his dog, Tigger.

He is survived by his father, Theo Wright of Bronson; sons, Brandon Wright and wife, Renee, of Deer Park and Christopher Wright of LaPorte; daughter, Kristen Wright and Jordan of LaPorte; brother, David Wright and wife, Sandra, of Bronson; sister, Lisa Craig of Bronson; and grandchildren, Abigail, Edgar, Veanett, Emma, Camden, Kathryn, Brayden and Avery.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Wright.

Cremation arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home of Hemphill.
