Jeffrey Allan McNeil, 61, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Monday, July 19, 2021 at Sabine County Hospital in Hemphill.

Jeff was born in Northampton, Massachusetts on February 5, 1960 to Clair Louis McNeil and Margaret Mary Pratt McNeil.  He was a 25 year resident of Sabine County having previously lived in Tennessee. He had worked as a carpenter in the Sabine County area.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed raising game birds.  He loved his dog, Boggie, and singing Karaoke with his friends.

Jeff is survived by his brother, Raymond Corse and wife, Betty Ann, of Columbia, TN and fiance', Pattie Ann Schexnayder of Hemphill.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
