Joe. Howard Parker passed away on December 8, 2024, at his residence in East Texas. Born on April 29, 1950, in Tyler, Texas, to Hugh Arnold Parker and Carrie Lee Powell Parker.

Joe devoted over 20 years of his career as a chemical plant operator with Dow, where his hard work and commitment were deeply valued. Outside of his professional life, he found joy in the open road as a motorcycle enthusiast and cherished his time as a member of a classic car club. His hobbies reflected his appreciation for craftsmanship and adventure.

Joe was a member of Community Church, where he found spiritual connection and community.

Joe was deeply adored by his only daughter, Chrystal Kay Parker of Angleton, Texas. He also leaves behind three grandchildren—Reanna, Seth, and Griffin of Lake Jackson, Texas. In addition to his immediate family, Joe is remembered fondly by numerous other family members and friends whose lives he touched.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh Arnold Parker and Carrie Lee Powell Parker.
