Joseph Harold Norsworthy, 87, of Tomball, Texas passed away Friday, July 22, 2022 at The Heights of Tomball.

Joe was born in Geneva, Texas on August 29, 1934 to A. Q. Norsworthy and Velva Low Norsworthy.  He had been a resident of Tomball for more than three years, having previously resided in the Woodville area.  He worked for many years as a salesman for Lamb Printing.

Joe was kind, never met a stranger, and caregiver extraordinaire for 17 years to his wife, Virginia.  He was an amazing father and he loved his grandchildren so much.  He made some crazy good memories with them.  He loved others and went out of his way to make every encounter special.  He is now together again with the love of his life and his son.

He is survived by his daughter, Pam Bouchard of Tomball; sister, Virginia Busby and husband, Harold, of Nederland; grandsons, Kenny Norsworthy and Jeramy Norsworthy; and great grandsons, George Norsworthy and Jack Norsworthy.

Joe was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Virginia Lee Norsworthy and son, Ricky Lane Norsworthy.

He was buried beside Virginia in Lows Chapel Cemetery in Hemphill on Sunday, July 24, 2022 under the direction of Starr Funeral Home.
