Joshua William Ebarb, 21, of Hemphill, Texas passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 in Hemphill.

Joshua was born on February 18, 2000 in Center, Texas to Paul Ebarb and Sonja Ebarb. He went to work as a welder after graduating high school from Hemphill ISD. Joshua loved horses and was a true cowboy at heart. He was a dreamer and a songwriter. He was a great friend to everyone around him and had big heart. He was his brothers bestfriend.

He is survived by his parents, Paul W. Ebarb and Sonja Renee Ebarb, both of Hemphill; sisters, Somer Leann Ebarb of Hemphill and half sister, Randii Hayden Foster of New Waverly, Texas; aunts, Debbie Jean Ivey, Doris Ann Ebarb, Lydia Herta and Alicia Ebarb; uncle, David Ebarb, Dean Hurta, Jackie Ivy, and Paul Lynn Damon; grandmothers, Betty Jean Clark of Hemphill and Nell Hurta of Needville, Texas; and grandfather, Paul David Ebarb.

He was preceded in death by his brother and bestfriend, Caleb Paul Ebarb.

Graveside Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Hemphill Cemetery in Hemphill, Texas with Rev. Paul Ebarb officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be David Ebarb, Tim Layfield, Brendan Clark, Daniel Arnold, Jimmy Ray Parnell and Paul Ebarb.
