Judith Jarrell Reeves, 82, passed away on September 22, 2026, in Hemphill, Texas. Born on August 25, 1944, in Humble, Texas, she was the daughter of William Ray Jarrell and Betty Jean Cashion Jarrell.

Judith spent her early years in Porter, Texas, before making Hemphill her home for the last 42 years. A dedicated homemaker and an active member of the First Baptist Church in Hemphill, she cherished the simple pleasures of life, finding joy in fishing, hunting, and quality time with her loved ones.

She leaves behind her daughter, Carrie Reeves of Hemphill; grandchildren, Shane Withers and his wife, Samantha, Halle Withers, and Kyle Withers. Judith was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Henry Reeves, and her parents, William and Betty Jean Jarrell.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 10, 2026 in Harpers Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Paul Swearingen officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Starr Funeral Home, Hemphill, Texas.
