Danielle Karen Baeza, 71, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Saturday, November 20, 2021 at UT Health System in Tyler, Texas.

Karen was born in Houston, Texas on August 13, 1950 to Daniel Blackwell and Donnell Beasley Blackwell.  A native of Clear Lake, Texas, she had been a resident of Sabine County for approximately 25 years.  She worked as a waitress and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Milam.  She had a love for classic cars and enjoyed working puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Baeza and she is survived by her brother, James Blackwell and wife, Juanita, of Hemphill.

Cremation arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill.
