Linda Kay Raney, 62, of Pineland, Texas passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at St. Josephs Hospital in Bryan, Texas.

Linda was born on July 18, 1958 in Tomball, Texas to Willis Porter Young and Ada Annabell Brent. She was a loving wife and mother who loved to travel and garden. She was a member of Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church of Bronson.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Raney of Pineland, Texas; son, Jeremy Lawrence and wife, Amy of Houston, Texas; daughter, Michele Pyle and husband, Bubba of Santa Fe, Texas; brother, David Young of Ft. Worth, Texas; sister, Ellen Young of Baytown, Texas and Carolyn Stuckey of Colmesneil, Texas; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Ada Young; brothers, Willis Young and Kenneth Young; and sister, Leslie Copeland.

A visitation will be begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church in Bronson, Texas.

Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church in Bronson, Texas with Bro. David Ebarb and Bro. Luke Birdwell officiating.

Burial will follow services in Centerview Cemetery in Pineland, Texas with Wayne Raney, Jeremy Lawrence, Clinton Raney, Douglas Raney, Bryan Raney and Ethan Alvarado serving as pallbearers.
