Noah Michael Payne, precious baby boy of Michael Kasey Payne and Joanna Mae Guillotte Payne, was born into the arms of the angels Saturday, January 16, 2021.  Although Noah never spent any time on earth, he was very loved and touched many lives.

Noah is survived by his parents, Michael and Joanna Payne of Hemphill; brother, Hunter Payne of Hemphill; sister, Summer Payne of Hemphill; grandparents, Tammy Smith of West Lake, La., Michael James Payne of Hemphill, Brenda Belanger of West Lake, and Joel Lee of West Lake.

Graveside services will begin at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 20, 2021 in Fairmont Cemetery under the direction of Starr Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Blanchard officiating.
