Pamela Dawn Spears, 56, of Hemphill, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at CHI St. Lukes Health Memorial in Lufkin, Texas.

Pamela was born on October 13, 1964 to Wayne Blackburn and Joanne Rhea Blackburn. She was a loving housewife and mother.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Spears of Hemphill, Texas; sons, Christopher Spears and wife, Danielle of Lumberton, Nicholas Spears of Hemphill, and Roy Spears, Jr. of Hemphill; daughter, Ashley Wood and husband, Justin of Hemphill; brother, Wayne Blackburn of Dallas; sisters, Patsy Dickerson and husband, Charles Paul of Hemphill and Susie Zanolini and husband, Mike of Colorado; and seven grandchildren.

A visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill, Texas.

Graveside services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Milam Cemetery under the direction of Starr Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers are Chris Spears, Nick Spears, Shannon Cox, Wayne Blackburn, Jacob Sims and Bobby Ozan.
